Pre-Purchase Aircraft Records Review
A buyer-side technical-records review of an EASA aircraft you are considering buying. We work from the documentation the seller (or seller's broker / CAMO) provides and produce a written, negotiation-ready picture of records risk, documentation gaps, and near-term maintenance exposure — before you sign or wire funds.
What this service covers
The review focuses on what the records prove and what they do not prove. It complements (and never replaces) a physical pre-purchase inspection, test flight and legal due diligence. The deliverable is structured so it can be shared with the seller as a clarification list and used directly to negotiate price, scope of pre-delivery work, or escrow conditions.

Important limitation
This service is an independent technical-records review based on the documentation provided by the client. Findings reflect only the records made available for review and any supporting evidence not provided is recorded as a gap. This review does not replace a physical aircraft inspection, an Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), CAMO/CAO approval, a maintenance release, legal due diligence, or any form of formal airworthiness certification. We do not certify, approve, release or guarantee the airworthiness of any aircraft.
