CAMO / CAO Transfer Records Support
Independent technical-records support for aircraft moving between CAMO or CAO organisations, registers or operators. We help the incoming organisation, the owner, or the broker understand the condition of the records being handed over — and produce a written gap and clarification list so the transfer is based on documented facts rather than verbal assurances.
What this service covers
We carry out a records-only review against the applicable Part-M, Part-ML, Part-CAMO or Part-CAO framework, with the transfer in mind. The output is designed for a CAMO or CAO accountable manager who needs to know what the file contains, what it is missing, and what should be clarified or sourced before the aircraft is formally accepted into the organisation.

- Outgoing CAMO or CAO organisations preparing a clean handover

Important limitation
This service is an independent technical-records review based on the documentation provided by the client. Findings reflect only the records made available for review and any supporting evidence not provided is recorded as a gap. This review does not replace a physical aircraft inspection, an Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), CAMO/CAO approval, a maintenance release, legal due diligence, or any form of formal airworthiness certification. We do not certify, approve, release or guarantee the airworthiness of any aircraft.
Request this records review
Tell us about the aircraft, the purpose (purchase, sale, import, lease or CAMO/CAO transfer) and what records are available. You will receive a written scope and fixed fee as soon as possible, normally within one working day.
